Delivery Policy

Blok Shop uses third party partner services for delivery. We have flat shipping fee of Kshs. 350 for overnight next day delivery. Same day expedited delivery is available for customers around Nairobi Metropolitan, if you prefer this option the price is dependent on your location so get in touch for a quote.

The customer also has a choice of picking the item on our physical location Suite 405, 4^th Floor, Old Mutual Building along Kimathi Street.

Payment

All payments including product payment and delivery charges can be made through the website checkout page, or through Mpesa’s Till No. 9981395 (BLOK CREATIVE ENTERPRISE).

Payment on Delivery

All same day expedited shipping around Nairobi Metropolitan qualify for cash on delivery option. If you are outside the metropolitan area, please contact us so we can inform you if you qualify for cash on delivery depending on your location.
